Since 1999 Steed and Evans Limited has been carrying out Area Maintenance Contracts for the Ministry of Transportation. 1200 equivalent two lane kilometres of highways are maintained in Southwestern Ontario. Duties include both winter and summer maintenance. Operations are conducted from 4 main and 7 auxiliary yards.
